- Providing information about prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Receiving and processing prescriptions from customers.
- Monitoring and restocking shelves with medications and health products.
- Managing inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
- Checking for expired medications and removing them from inventory.
- Preparing medications for dispensing under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
- Must possess Diploma in Pharmacy/ Medical Assistant/ Nursing.
- Computer literate, good interpersonal skills & customer orientated.
- Able to work on shift hours/ on call & in minimal supervision.
- Able to embrace challenges/ stress.
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to changes & meet the deadline.
- Good command of Malay & English.
