- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure product success
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Product Performance & Optimization
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics
- Gather user feedback and initiate product improvements
- Conduct post-launch analysis and manage product iterations
