Quality system construction and continuous improvement
Team member work performance management; team organization construction, improve team work efficiency and cohesion, and promote team member growth
Familiar with AIAG five major tool applications (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and Six Sigma related knowledge;
Proficient in using 8D/5WHY, QC seven major quality tools, MINITAB and other tools and methods;
Familiar with the product life cycle quality management process (NPI new project, MP mass production, customer complaint handling, etc.);
Have the ability to lead quality problem analysis, solution and closed-loop closure, and be able to organize and coordinate cross-departmental cooperation;
Have the ability to handle customer and supplier relationships and maintain good customer and supplier relationships;
Cost control ability: human performance, efficiency, and bad cost control;
Ability to plan, organize, execute, and monitor company-level quality communication meetings to promote continuous improvement of the company system;
Various audit capabilities: quality system internal audit, process audit, third-party and customer audit, management review.
Job Requirements
Possess more than 5 years of experience in comprehensive quality management in the electronics industry. Experience in the semiconductor packaging industry is preferred
Bachelor Degree in Electronics, materials, or electromechanical related science and engineering majors
Team building ability to promote team stability and efficiency;
Empowering management ability to promote the growth of subordinates. Reasonably match personnel capabilities with the difficulty of projects and goals.
Plan the construction of employee talent echelons, identify employee capability shortcomings, plan training plans, output training courses, and ultimately improve employee business capabilities.
