Main Duties and Responsibility in Summary:


The role will be responsible for the overall IT technical support and maintenance for all Morimatsu Dialog locations in Malaysia. He/She will be working together with internal and external IT service provider to provide quality technical support to end users.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, servers, networks and applications
  • Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks
  • Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems onsite and remote
  • Mob/Demob, delivery, setup and relocation of computer peripherals
  • Handling tasks assigned by Immediate Superior as and when required.


Knowledge & skills required:


  • Education qualification: Degree in Information Technology/Computer Studies or equivalent such as CCNA/ networking/ infrastructures
  • Years of relevant working experience :Minimum 5 years or more in technical IT Operations field role
  • Relevant skills and knowledge: Sound technical knowledge in IT technical operations
  • Personality Quality: Possess an aptitude for acquiring new technical skills and knowledge
  • Multi-task, committed in performing the tasks assigned
  • Good at English writing and Fluent oral English, Nice to have: Good at oral mandarin.


Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
