· Communicate with customers to manage their orders from door to door.


· Co-ordinate and monitor closely all sea shipments.


· Interact with customers in a professional manner and ensure that information about shipment’s operational status is promptly relayed to customers.


· Coordination with customers on shipment progress and delivery.


· Quotations for Sea Exports


Requirements


· Preferably 1 - 2 year experience in Logistics industry.


· Basic knowledge in computer software.


· Proficiency in English is essential.


· Customer oriented, mature and able to work independently.


· Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is vital.


· Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
