We are currently one of the leading HR consultants for many Fortune 500 Multinational Corporations and local companies in Malaysia, offering an internship opportunity to explore the recruitment market. As a HR Intern, you will work on identifying suitable candidate in order to meet the expectations.
This internship program will provide real-world experience in recruitment industry and offer potential for future employment as a Consultant upon successful completion of the program.
- Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Assist in conducting initial phone screenings and arrange interview with candidates and hiring manager.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Monitor and update job listings as needed.
- Communicate with candidates to address their queries and provide updates on their application status.
- Help improve the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses and Psychology
- Phone etiquette, Organized, and Positive

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
