- Manage and oversee daily bar operations
- Maintain strict control over beverage cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Ensure product quality and consistency in line with SOPs
- Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Work closely with the Beverage Consultant and Ops Manager on beverage strategy
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and wastage
- Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Experienced in bar or hospitality management with strong leadership skills
- Highly organized with a strong grasp of cost control and bar operations
- Detail-focused and quality-driven
- Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and high-traffic service hours
- Passionate about hospitality and drink culture
- Able to manage a team while staying hands-on when needed
