- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.​
- Clean and sanitize workstations, seating areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage stock arrangement and inventory organization.
- Greet and engage with customers to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold high-quality service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, energetic, and eager to learn.
- Transport: Candidates with their own transport are preferred.
- Experience: No prior barista experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Health & Safety : ​Completion of food handling training and a valid typhoid vaccination certificate are mandatory.
