Building Manager

-To ensure that the building functions properly, that safety and authority requirements are met, and that the budget is adhered to.

-Establish maintenance procedures.

-Establish inspection and maintenance work schedules.

-Arrange and ensure that periodic preventive maintenance works are completed on time.

-Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local governments.

-To organize, schedule, supervise, and lead a team member in terms of work performance and quality.

-Ensure that all service and maintenance work outsourced to a third party is completed within the required standard and budget.

-To liaise and coordinate with other departments that provide support.

-Periodic reporting.

-To ensure that all complaints about maintenance/ or maintenance of common areas, particularly complaints about defects, are addressed and /or rectified within the time frame specified.

-Attend meetings and take minutes.

-To carry out any other job responsibilities as assigned by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

-Have a Bachelor’s/Degree Master’s in Property Development/Real Estate Management or an equivalent degree.

-A minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing strata properties for residential or commercial buildings.

-Understanding of the Strata Management Act 757.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, particularly in English and Bahasa Melayu, as well as interpersonal, client-facing, report writing, and problem-solving abilities.

-Demonstrate strong leadership, self-motivation, a high level of initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.

-Computer literate.

-Have your own transportation.
