We're looking for a motivated and disciplined Business Development Agent to help grow enrolments for our online programs. This role involves both following up with existing leads (e.g., trial students) and proactively finding new business opportunities (e.g., schools, tuition centers, parent groups).
You’ll play a key role in expanding Rockstarz’s student base through WhatsApp, phone, and email outreach - backed by scripts and support from our team.
This is a
fully commission-based role, and there is no fixed salary component.Follow up with parents/students after trial classes via WhatsApp using provided scripts
Identify and reach out to new leads (schools, learning centres, communities)
Liaise with the Course Manager to manage enrolments and class bookings
Help improve sales scripts to increase conversions
Keep accurate records of leads and status updates using Google Sheets
Handle both B2C (parents/students) and B2B (schools, centres) sales outreach
Maintain positive relationships with potential clients and partners
Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Experience in sales, customer service, or education/enrichment industry
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and email tools
Social media savvy.
Able to work independently and follow leads through to conversion
Reliable and consistent with reporting
