Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities across sectors such as Banks, Merchants, Telcos, Utilities, and Government.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for business development and lead generation.
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and regularly update progress status.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and technical teams to align strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  • Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and KPI updates to management.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Professional and presentable appearance and demeanor.
  • Willing and able to work outdoors and travel frequently within the Klang Valley area.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and at least intermediate in spoken English.
  • Strong in documentation and paperwork preparation.
  • Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.


Work Location:


  • Either at Kg. Baru, Kuala Lumpur (HQ Office) or
  • Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil (Branch Office)


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
