We are seeking a dedicated
Customer Service Specialist to join our after-sales support team. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-oriented, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and able to provide seamless assistance across multiple channels. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries, returns, and service-related matters.- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and platform messaging tools
- Resolve after-sales issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Manage post-sales support for 1-on-1 paid consultation services
- Process product-related issues including returns, refunds, and exchanges for peripheral items
- Liaise with internal teams to follow up on service recovery
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in customer service, after-sales support, or call center roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interview scheduling within 24 hours of candidate submission
- Immediate contract signing upon shortlisting
