We are a local Recruitment Company focusing in connecting top talent with companies (Startups, SME, MNCs & PLCs) across various industries (Manufacturing, Engineering, IT & Consumer Services).


As a

Freelance Business Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients for our recruitment services. This is a pure commission-based role (no basic salary), where your earnings will directly reflect your success in generating business. The position is flexi work arrangement and can be either a short-term OR an ongoing partnership depending on performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition (New Business): Identify and approach potential clients (HR/Recruitment PIC, C-Level, HODs/Hiring Managers) from multiple sectors to establish new business relationship in Recruitment field.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, client needs and competitor activity to better position our offerings in the market.
  • Building Pipeline: Develop a pipeline of potential prospects through online platforms, referrals, events and personal networks.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract terms and pricing negotiations. Close business deals effectively.
  • Client Growth: Maintain relationships with clients and look for opportunities to upsell.
  • Other assignments : As per mutual agreement.


Ideal Business Development Talent :


  • Solid Business Development/Corporate Sales experience, mainly dealing with Corporate Clients preferred.
  • Exposure in Recruitment industry OR related Servicing/Consulting industry.
  • Retiree / Full Time Housewife with prior solid BD/Corporate Sales experience can be considered too.
  • Aggressive & Sales Driven. Active in Cold-Calls, Social Media Connections (i.e. LinkedIn, etc), Referral Connections, Personal Networks, etc.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate decision-makers and handle daily rejections with strong persistence to succeed.
  • Good command in English. Multiple dialects preferred.
  • Duration : 1 to 3 months OR ongoing (based on sales progress)
  • Work Hours : Flexible. Reflect direct in revenue generation.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
