1.Recruitment & Staffing


  • Job Posting & Advertising: Preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Managing orientation programs, ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the company and its policies.


2. Employee Relations


  • Grievance Handling: Addressing employee concerns and conflicts, mediating disputes, and ensuring resolutions.
  • Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to promote job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Exit Interviews: Conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding processes.


3. Payroll & Compensation


  • Salary Administration: Assisting with payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Benefits Management: Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, bonuses, etc.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS in Malaysia).


4. Performance Management


  • Appraisals & Reviews: Supporting performance appraisal processes, helping to set KPIs, and monitoring employee performance.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs and facilitating employee development programs.


5. HR Policy & Compliance


  • Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Compliance with Laws: Ensuring that the company complies with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintaining employee records, contracts, and personal files in accordance with company policies.


6.Health & Safety (Collaborate with Safety Dept)


  • Workplace Safety: Overseeing health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
  • Employee Wellness Programs: Promoting wellness initiatives to improve employee health and morale.


7. HR Reporting & Data Management / HR Administration:


  • Managing employee records and HR databases.
  • Handling leave management, attendance tracking, and absenteeism issues.
  • HR Metrics & Reports: Preparing and analyzing HR-related data, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee
  • demographics.
  • HR Software Management: Using HR systems for employee tracking, payroll processing, and performance management.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
