1. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
2. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
3. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
4. Maintaining current HR files and databases.
5. Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
6. Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action.
7. Arrange for requests and purchases of uniforms, stationery etc. using proper documentation, financial codes to comply with request and purchase procedures.
8. To perform any other related duties as assigned by the HOD/Immediate Superior.
