- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and company career portals.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate records appropriately.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and industry best practices.
- Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
