- Plan, write, and publish content across social media platforms (Xiao Hong Shu, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
- Lead Mandarin-focused campaigns for key cultural seasons like Chinese New Year, Mooncake Festival, etc.
- Craft product descriptions and promotional content for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and the Mega Kulim mobile app
- Write and schedule push notifications via Mega Kulim app or WhatsApp blasting.
- Collaborate with influencers and KOLs to promote brand visibility.
- Manage and respond to comments and DMs from customers.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and generating insight reports.
- Support visual briefings for campaigns and ensure language accuracy in all materials.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
