Mandarin Speaking Lead Education Advisor(Education Technology (EdTech) Industry)

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will be:

â— To provide effective counseling services to students, who are looking for admissions in

colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.

â— To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and

admission.

â— Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email inquiries, incoming calls, and leads from

recruitment activities promptly and effectively, ensuring all inquiries have a high conversion

rate into applications and enrollments.

â— Provide assistance and advice to students on course applications, visa applications,

accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements, and any other after-sales services,

ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey.

â— To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission

registration, Scholar Search (annual events), school visits and other related events.

â— To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as

well as career & study pathways.

â— To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment

(commission based on target achieved).

â— Collaborate with the team to share best practices and enhance overall performance

â— Perform any other duties as directed by the management.

Requirements

â— Bachelor’s Degree preferably in education, counseling, psychology, communication,

marketing, but we are open for all other fields of study

â— Experience in study abroad advising will be highly considered.

â— Fluent in English is essential and proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is advantageous.

â— Eager and committed to achieve targets.

â— Excellent work ethics.

â— Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

â— Willing to work overtime during peak period (after exam results).

â— Willing to answer priority messages at night from students.

â— Willing to work on weekends and travel for Scholar Search events when it’s required & as

scheduled.

â— Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
