This role is focused on building the Lavin New York Diamond brand through strategy, campaigns, events, and content. You’ll get to
lead marketing efforts, contribute ideas, and work with a friendly team - no sales required!- Plan and execute marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Lead the marketing team in brainstorming, coordinating, and delivering impactful campaigns.
- Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and ensure regular, engaging content is published.
- Create and edit content such as graphics, short videos, and photos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Plan and manage marketing events, collaborations, and offline activities.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, operations) to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve marketing direction.
- Track campaign performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content creation.
- Experience in event planning and campaign management is highly preferred.
- Confident in planning and leading marketing strategies and small teams.
- Proficient in editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Up-to-date with social media and digital marketing trends.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus.
