Marketing Manager (Head Department)

This role will assist in driving revenue growth and increasing visitor numbers by supporting the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans. This role encompasses promoting all products of Entopia such as meeting packages, venue rentals, nature learning programmes and team building workshops. The Sales and Marketing Manager will work on collaborations with partners, planning marketing campaigns, manage a small team, oversea public relations activities, and leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance Entopia’s market presence, expand our reach, promote Entopia’s brand and new initiatives.

• Assist in developing and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase company�s profitability and visitor numbers.
  
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  
• Support revenue growth through the promotion of meeting packages, venue rentals, nature learning programmes, team building workshops, special celebration packages, and other products and services of Entopia.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies (on and off-line), and other partners.
  
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc).
  
• Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements and digital content.
  
• Assist in the management of Entopia�s website and social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
  
• Assist in the planning and execution of sales and promotional events, and other initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other organisations to develop and promote join initiatives.
  
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  
• Support media relations, including drafting press releases, coordinate media inquiries, and organising press events.
  

• Possess at least a Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Proven track record of supporting successful sales and marketing strategies.
  
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  
• Confident, energetic and flexible with strong interpersonal skills, organising and problem solving skills.
  
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
  
• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing marketing conditions.
  
• Superb verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin as an added advantage.
  
• Self-motivated and adaptable with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Able to travel and willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
