To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
To co-ordinate all construction activities at site.
To liase with consultants and contractors and ensure project quality plans are implemented accordingly.
Execute and monitor to ensure works carry out in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, complete within scheduled.
To monitor and ensure all technical submittals to the client are in order and in time.
To trouble shoot, identify and foresee in advance potential hindrance that could adversely affect the progress of work before it becomes too late and too critical.
To plan and liaise with supplier or subcontractors and to monitor deliverable so as to avoid unnecessary delay to the progress of work.
To iron out subcontractors delay by identifying and assisting them to resolve any site encumbrances or obstructions.
To coordinate all architectural and M & E works by working closely with project engineer in charge of infrastructure works.
To supervise Sub-Contractor�s work at site so that the work carried out comply with Contracts Specification.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
Requirements:
Possess Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 - 3 years� working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position.
Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company�s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
Have good analytical skills, must be dynamic, resourceful, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
Have excellent organizational skills to interact with multi-levels of management personnel within the organization and occasionally third parties, namely clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
Experience in operating programming tools like Primavera or other project management software would be definite advantage.
Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.
