- At least a diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Preferably have experience in earthworks and infrastructure works.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Know basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Microsoft project, Email)
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and standards.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and minimizing waste.
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
