PUCHASING EXECUTIVE

• Requirement : Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate / Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor�s Degree,
  
• Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Studies/Marketing or its equivalent.
  
• Possess minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in related field, preferably executive specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/ Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent and in manufacturing environment.
  
• Possess knowledge and hands on experience in ISO 9001 : 2008 & ISO 14001 : 2004.
  
• Good negotiation and excellent communication skills with knowledge of suppliers sourcing.
  
• Possess good problem solving, presentation and analytical skills.

• Responsibilities : Responsible for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying of raw materials, consumable items, spare parts etc.
  
• Sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers/vendors/ to constantly strive for best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality and service.
  
• Issue Purchase Order to supplier, monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
  
• To follow up on purchase orders to ensure that the vendors fulfills the purchase agreement on delivery and in good condition.
  
• To handle directly with the vendor all correspondence concerning purchases, including price adjustments, the return of defective or incorrect materials, additional shipments to fill shortages, purchase order cancellation, and to present claims for shortages and damages.
  
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions to eliminate non- performing suppliers.Timely and accurately generate monthly purchasing report and summary cost analysis.
  
• Maintain a full record and coordinate with various suppliers and compare costs for purchase requisition within the organization.Monitor, implement and updating the procedure of purchasing as per requirement of ISO 9001 & 14001.
  
• Plan, source and develop new potentials suppliers/vendors for economical procurementTo carry out other duties as assigned by the management.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,519.69 per month
