We are looking for a
Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should be familiar with social media recruitment strategies and have a keen eye for identifying top talent. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.), and networking.
- Create and manage engaging job postings and recruitment ads across multiple platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for the company.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Promote employer branding through creative recruitment marketing efforts.
