Safety & Health Officer - Green Book Holder (Construction Site) / 6 days working, ALT Sun if needed

We are seeking a certified

• Enforce compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP).
  
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts; provide recommendations and reports.
  
• Organize safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
  
• Assist with emergency response plans and coordinate evacuation drills.
  
• Foster a strong safety culture through consistent leadership and engagement.
  

• Valid Green Book holder (Registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH).
  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a main contractor in large-scale projects.
  
• Solid understanding of Malaysian construction safety laws and practices.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Able to prepare professional reports, audits, and documentation.
  
• Willing to work at project sites, including rotation-based schedules as needed.
  
• English must be good.
  

• Basic Salary: RM5,000 - RM8, 500 (Based on experiences and have good records and good working attitude)
  
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
  
• Medical coverage (upon confirmation)
  
• Travel reimbursement (for >80km travel)
  
• Accommodation near project site (for single occupancy only)
