Job Overview:


We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, business-minded, and hungry for growth, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, engaging potential clients, and consulting businesses on how ChatDaddy’s solutions can transform their operations.


Responsibilities


  • Outreach and Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate new sales leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Qualification of Leads: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
  • Close Deals: Work closely with prospects through the sales process, address their concerns, and close deals, contributing to the team's monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics


Qualifications


  • With 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to think creatively to develop sales strategies that stand out and attract clients to our platform.
  • Proficient in straightforwardly expressing thoughts and ideas, ensuring clarity and understanding for all parties involved.
  • Must possess outstanding communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging clients effectively through both writing and speaking.
  • Skilled in using sales data and market research to inform strategies and decisions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • Must be able to communicate confidently in conversational Chinese.
