Job Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development


  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Pitch marketing solutions (branding, social media, digital ads, lead generation, etc.) to decision-makers
  • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals effectively
  • Negotiate pricing and service packages to maximize revenue
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities


2. Client Management & Servicing


  • Be the main contact point for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses
  • Coordinate multiple client projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, content) to execute marketing campaigns successfully
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients on campaign performance


3. Strategic Sales & Reporting


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Track sales progress, prepare reports, and analyze performance data
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a structured CRM database with accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deals closed


4. Networking & Brand Representation


  • Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
  • Build partnerships and collaborations with businesses and key stakeholders
  • Strengthen the agency�s presence on LinkedIn and professional platforms


What We’re Looking For


  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in pitching ideas to clients
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or agency sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
