Sales & Marketing Executive

TXMR Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and confident Sales & Marketing Executive to help introduce and promote our engineering solutions to potential clients. You will be the key contact in creating awareness about our products and services, and play a supportive role in the full sales process.

We are looking for someone eager to learn and understand the products we offer, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable building professional relationships across industries.

• Identify and approach potential clients to introduce TXMR�s products and services
  
• Create awareness through calls, emails, meetings, or social media platforms
  
• Understand and explain basic product benefits and solutions to clients
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, follow-ups, or site visits
  
• Maintain and update client contact database and records of enquiries
  
• Assist in preparing presentation slides, brochures, or marketing materials
  
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, or client sites as part of the engagement process
  
• Provide weekly reports or updates on sales activities and client interactions
  

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field
  
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply
  
• Interest in industrial or engineering products, and willing to learn technical information
  
• Willing to travel when required
  

• Strong verbal and written communication
  
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  
• Able to understand and explain product information confidently
  
• Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven
  
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, PowerPoint)
  
• Bonus: Familiarity with B2B sales or industrial clients
