Job Description:-
1. Attending and verifying customer Warranty Claim.
2. Timely provide customer feedback on Warranty Analysis.
3. Verifying defective parts return.
4. Provide feedback to JB HQ on defective part verification results.
5. Attending to customer complaint & service of company product.
6. Conduct audit on part’s complaint & provide training to customer on company product range.
Minimum Requirement(s):-
1. Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 2- 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
Required Skill(s):-
1. Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word &Power Point.
2. Innovative and good analytical mind.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
