Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline Outlet and HQ positions
  • Work closely with outlet managers and operations team to understand manpower needs for new and existing outlets
  • Develop smart hiring strategies to recruit efficiently without impacting labor budgets
  • Source active and passive candidates via job platforms, social media, and walk-in interviews
  • Organize career fairs, open days, and recruitment drives to meet high-volume hiring needs
  • Collaborate with marketing or branding team to improve employer branding
  • Maintain and track headcount vs. labor cost across outlets
  • Build a talent pipeline for key positions and sudden hiring needs
  • Handle onboarding and pre-employment documentation smoothly


Additional Tasks Based on Expansion Needs:


  • Plan recruitment campaigns for new outlet openings, ensuring all roles are filled on time
  • Monitor and control recruitment cost-per-hire
  • Suggest ways to optimize scheduling or cross-utilize existing staff
  • Track retention and turnover rates and suggest improvements
  • Liaise with government bodies, colleges, or job centers for cost-effective hiring sources

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
