Objective: Support organizational growth by creating and managing educational content on social media platforms. Contribute to the delivery of engaging training sessions using varied methodologies and assist in developing new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact. - Produce and manage educational content such as blogs, webinars, and video testimonials across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and knowledge retention.
- Facilitate engaging and result-driven training sessions using interactive methods such as experiential learning techniques, role-playing, and simulations.
- Adapt training delivery styles to different audience including corporate executives, frontline employees and entrepreneurs.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training support.
- Develop new business opportunities by creating strategic partnerships and identifying new markets for training programs.
- At least a Bachelor�s Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training, Marketing/Business Development, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Training and Development or Marketing and Sales
- Good communication, presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) or Google Drive (Slides/Sheet/Docs)
- Competent in social media and creative content creation using Canva/Capcut or any relevant editing software
- Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM (such as Google Ads), and executing effective email marketing campaigns.
- Willing to travel
