Responsibilities:


  • Produce and manage educational content such as blogs, webinars, and video testimonials across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitate engaging and result-driven training sessions using interactive methods such as experiential learning techniques, role-playing, and simulations.
  • Adapt training delivery styles to different audience including corporate executives, frontline employees and entrepreneurs.
  • Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training support.
  • Develop new business opportunities by creating strategic partnerships and identifying new markets for training programs.


Requirements:


Educational and Certification:


  • At least a Bachelor�s Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training, Marketing/Business Development, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology or equivalent


Working Experience:


  • Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Training and Development or Marketing and Sales


Specific Skills:


  • Good communication, presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) or Google Drive (Slides/Sheet/Docs)
  • Competent in social media and creative content creation using Canva/Capcut or any relevant editing software
  • Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM (such as Google Ads), and executing effective email marketing campaigns.
