- Safely transport passengers (e.g., employees, students, or clients) to and from designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules as provided by the supervisor.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Comply with all road safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Report any delays, accidents, or emergencies to management immediately.
- Maintain professional and courteous behavior with all passengers.
- Valid PSV license (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a van or bus driver is preferred.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and routes in [area/city].
- Excellent driving record with no recent traffic violations.
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading if needed.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
