The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


Job Description:* Manage agency employees’ attendance and reconciliation
  • Handle all agency-related matters
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure headcount fulfilment can be met
  • Monitor, track, and review headcount fulfilment against targeted benchmarks and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for all trackers
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
Requirements:* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
  • Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
