Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible a team of electrical and mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Managed the projects members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources and equitable distribution of workload.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for skill development.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and wiring.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards during repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Schedule regular inspections, lubrication, and calibration activities to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill development among team members.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, including labor, materials, and external services.
  • Monitor spending and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on budget performance and variance analysis.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Candidate with Chargeman BO 11KV certification shall be add advantage.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management (especially in both electrical and mechanical system), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
