- Preparing a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, filtered coffee, and specialty drinks
- Ensuring the highest standards of coffee quality and presentation
- Providing excellent customer service, engaging with patrons, and addressing any queries or concerns
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including latte art and espresso brewing
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a exceptional experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
