Customer Service Officer to join our team in Sydney. You’ll handle live chats, calls, and emails with professionalism, clarity, and care. You’ll also work closely with our onboarding, client services, and operations teams to help improve processes and ensure smooth client journeys.If you’re the kind of person who genuinely enjoys helping others, has strong attention to detail, and can stay cool when things get busy, this role is for you.
