Job Responsibilities :
To ensure operation of utilities follow governmental rules and regulations. Keep an accurate and complete log entry of the boiler operation in the log book. To manage DOSH inspection and service. Actively involved in preventive maintenance of boiler during shutdown and JKKP yearly renewal To compliance with Steam Boiler & Unfired Pressure Vessel Regulation 1970. Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the Company. Operate boiler and ensure safety operating procedure being followed. Keep an accurate and complete log entry of the boiler operation in the log book. Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and to troubleshoot when necessary. Conduct visual checks of ignition, piping, electrical system and other necessary checks for any abnormal conditions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production line. Support and fully implement effective ISO - Quality Management System, Health & safety System. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent Boilerman certification Grade 1 or 2 At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position. Self-motivated and hardworking. Responsible and able to work independently. Alertness, attention to details and can work under stress.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
