Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase revenue, monitor market trends, and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and recommend actions to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


Requirements:


  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in retail sales or business development is flavorably.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required.


Job Types: Full-time, Contract


Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
