JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
ï‚· Ensure the timely ordering of the day-to-day requisitions
ï‚· Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
ï‚· Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders, and documents in accordance with company
policies and procedures
ï‚· Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
ï‚· Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with
suppliers
ï‚· Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
ï‚· Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and ensures timely delivery of goods
ï‚· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
ï‚· At least 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
ï‚· Experience in food manufacturing procurement will be added advantage
ï‚· Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
ï‚· Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates
Working Hours : 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
8:30am to 1:00pm (Saturday - Alternate)
