- Handle conveyancing files from start to finish, including sale and purchase agreements, transfers, loan documentation, and perfection of transfer/charge, entry & withdrawal of caveats, RPGT submissions, online adjudications et cetera.
- Liaise with clients, banks, developers, and government agencies
- Monitor file progress and ensure timely submissions and follow-ups
- Raise payment vouchers, invoices, and follow up on collection
- Prepare legal documentation, forms, letters, and status reports
- Manage deadlines and maintain proper file records and updates
- Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for junior roles)
- Familiar with conveyancing procedures, relevant documents, and bank portals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (any other language or dialects are an advantage)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet a team player
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
- Not bankrupt or convicted of any offence
