Job Description
- Customize and optimize our Zoho CRM system for lead management, project pipeline, task allocation, and client communication
- Integrate Zoho CRM with our existing website, WhatsApp (via Twilio or similar), Google Workspace, and internal tools
- Build or connect web forms (Zoho Forms / custom) to capture leads and trigger automated workflows
- Develop custom functions using Zoho Deluge scripting
- Set up dashboards for performance tracking (leads, projects, editor allocation, follow-ups, etc.)
- Assist with web development tasks where needed (front-end improvements, API integrations, etc.)
Plus point
- Zoho CRM setup and customization
- Zoho Deluge scripting (must-have)
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Forms, or related tools
- Experience integrating Zoho CRM with websites, emails, and third-party APIs
- Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or similar)
- Strong understanding of workflow automation
- Familiarity with WhatsApp API (Twilio, 360Dialog, etc.) is a big plus
- Experience working with SMEs or service-based businesses preferred
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
