- Provide assistance to Dental surgeon during treatment for example, handling relevant equipment and instrument, assisting in retraction and suction
- Provide the Dental Surgeon with the correct instruments and equipment
- Prepare relevant equipment and dental materials for every patient
- To arrange appointments for follow up patient together with Dental Surgeon
- Practice health and safety protocols as well as infection control to the highest standard
- Monitor stock levels for materials and sundries and liaise with Lead Nurse for ordering
- Must be able to handle and operate medical equipment with care (training will be provided)
- Ensure all dental instruments are correctly decontaminated
- Sanities and prep dental chairs for every patient
- Greet and guide patients to their treatment room
- Offer reassurance and support to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of premise
