- Support mold setup and modification, ensuring production alignment with design specifications.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure dimensional accuracy and proper product fit.
- Maintain drawing records, part libraries, and version control, ensuring all documents are up to date and accessible.
- Prepare BOMs & reports on actual material usage & wastage against BoM to every factory.
- Participate in quality control, contributing to process improvements.
- Candidate with at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Civil or Construction Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing/precast field is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure, reliable & independent.
- Have good communication & coordination capabilities.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang, Selangor & willing to travel if required.
