Requirements:

· Minimum one (1) year of working experience working in related with facilities management.

Job scope :
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (PPM) daily, weekly, or monthly as per the designated schedule or instructions provided.
- Address all issues including complaints, requests, criticisms, and customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.
- Receive complaint details (Work Order), verify the information, and return the Work Order on CSR
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints in accordance with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
