Requirements:

· Possess Diploma, SPMV, Cert in engineering/ maintenance or related qualification.

· Minimum one (1) year of working experience working in related with facilities management.

Job scope :


  • Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (PPM) daily, weekly, or monthly as per the designated schedule or instructions provided.
  • Address all issues including complaints, requests, criticisms, and customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.
  • Receive complaint details (Work Order), verify the information, and return the Work Order on CSR
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints in accordance with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
