- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations governing the transportation and logistics industry.
- Develop and maintain a compliance framework to guide business operations and decision-making.
- Conduct internal compliance audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and update company policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with legal and other departments to address compliance issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
