Responsibilities:
- Coordinating entire logistics operations especially for transportation of customer goods to authorized dealer;
- Manage and lead on the logistics related matter such as Proof of Delivery, Quality Issue, Improvement, Complaint and any request from Customer
- Assisting the logistics team to achieve smooth logistics operation and timely scheduling;
- Coordinating daily functions of receiving, packing and system updating for order processing;
- Respond & ensure effective coordination between Spare Part Division & Dealers on deliveries;
- To manage and arrange on the Milkrun collection from Customer Supplier to Customer Warehouse
- To maintain, manage, coordinate and perform routine stock count for company returnable packaging and assets to ensure in good condition and prevent from loss and missing
- Any related with Logistics and Transportation on daily routine job
- Any other duties as and when assigned by management from time to time
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent;
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in Logistics and Transportation; after sales part background would be advantage
- Fluent written & verbal communication skills in English and Malay;
- Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in team setting;
- Meticulous, highly energetic and self-motivated;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines;
- Consumer first mindset;
- Proficient in MS Office and WMS applications.
- Responsibility in preparing the weekly and monthly report, stock count report
- Ability on performing presenting report to customer management
- Able to work on Saturday and Public Holiday if required
- Working at BUKIT JELUTONG (HMSB)
