1) Carry out general maintenance work including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and basic handyman tasks.
2) Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of systems and equipment (e.g., lighting, water pumps, air conditioning units, lifts, escalators).
3) Perform minor repairs on building facilities and public amenities when required.
4) Assist in installation, repair, or replacement of electrical and mechanical equipment.
5) Respond promptly to any maintenance requests or breakdowns reported.
6) Maintain proper records of all maintenance activities and reports.
7) Ensure safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times.
8) Support setup and maintenance work during mall events or promotions
1) Minimum SPM or technical certificate (e.g., SKM, vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, etc.).
2) At least 2 years of relevant experience in building/facility maintenance (e.g., mall, hotel, hospital).
3) Basic knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general repairs.
4) Willing to work on shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays.
5) Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
6) Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
