- To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, permit renewal, passport renewal, Check-Out Memo (COM), Special Pass (SP), arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, hostel and etc.
- Prepare employee's training requirements and needs for staff based on their positions.
- To organize and coordinate in-house or external training and liaise with HRDF for any application training grant.
- Staff confirmation for permanent and contract employment status-ensure timely notification is send to the relevant departments prior to the new joiners completed of their probation period.
- Assist in development and implementation of the HR policies and procedures. Ensure the information transmitted to all staff efficiently.
- Liaise with government agencies such as Immigration Department and Labour office, and non-government agencies such as Bangladesh Embassy and Nepal Embassy.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly payroll, statutory and other approved deduction.
- To prepare all HR paper work (eg : appointment letter, evaluation form under probation period, confirmation letter, advance letter, internal MEMO, interview evaluation form, staff requisition form, etc)
- To records the name of employees who leave for clinic.
- To make a daily patrol at the all plants and do the spot-check.
- To check daily attendance and update accordingly.
- To update various leave computation such as annual leave, medical leave, hospitalization leave, maternity leave, compassionate leave, unpaid leave and absenteeism.
