Check and record the information provided by the agent about the student and assist in applying for eVAL.


If Eval rejects, assist in appeal and apply for refund.


Assist students in the registration process.


Prepare stamping for personal Bond at LHDN.


Submit and collect student passports at EMGS.


Meet with KPT or Immigration Officer if there are any arising issues.


Ensure there are no outstanding tuition fees when the student collects their passport. If there are any it’s necessary to inquire and discuss with the agent.


Issue letter for student to open a bank account, apply for rapid pass and obtain a letter for part time work (if necessary).


Maintain personal student files that are organized and complete.


Updated students one month before their pass renewal expires.


Assist in applying for a special pass, if the student overstays.


Ensure the student obtains and exit stamp if they want to return to their home country or go on vacation.


Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining as and where required.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
