- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of facility equipment and systems.
- Support the team in managing facility-related projects, such as renovations or installations.
- Help monitor and maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the facility.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance tasks.
- Provide support in emergency repairs and work order resolutions.
- Assist in monitoring energy usage and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior experience or coursework in facility management or maintenance (preferred but not required).
- Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.
- RM600 Monthly Allowance = Diploma. RM800 Monthly Allowance = Degree.
